At Home Religion, each item is created and selected with particular attention to detail, quality, and the experience of the person receiving it. If you need to arrange a return, we offer a process that is clear, thoughtful, and transparent.
 

Return Period
 

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the date your order is received.
 

Return Conditions
 

In order for a return to be accepted, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags, packaging, and any corresponding accessories.

We are unable to accept returns for items showing stains, odors, damage, wear, or any sign of use beyond a reasonable inspection after delivery.
 

Items Not Eligible for Return
 

Due to their nature, we do not accept returns for:
 

  • Personalized items or products made according to the customer’s specific instructions

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return once opened, for reasons of hygiene or health protection

  • Items returned incomplete, altered, or in any condition other than their original state
     

In the case of textile pieces such as towels or bathrobes, Home Religion reserves the right not to accept a return if the item has been used, washed, or handled in a way that prevents it from being resold.


Faulty Items or Incorrect Orders
 

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damage caused during transport, or an item different from the one ordered, you may contact us at info@home-religion.com, stating your order number and attaching images so we can review the issue promptly.

Once the case has been assessed, we will offer the appropriate solution, whether that be a replacement, refund, or any other suitable measure.
 

How to Request a Return
 

To request a return, please contact us at info@home-religion.com and include the following information:
 

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item or items you wish to return

  • Reason for the return
     

Once your request has been received and approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed.
 

Return Shipping Costs
 

Except in the case of a faulty item or an error with the order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Home Religion cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
 

Refunds
 

Once the returned item has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The refund will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe and, in any case, once receipt of the returned item or sufficient proof of its return has been confirmed.

The refund will include the amount paid for the items accepted for return and, where applicable under current regulations, the standard delivery costs of the original order. Additional costs arising from shipping methods other than standard delivery, as well as the direct costs of return shipping, will not be refunded unless legally required.
 

Exchanges
 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you will need to request a return for the item received and place a new order.
